Codependency & Addiction

Codependency Counseling
When a loved one is Struggling

When someone you love is struggling with mental illness and addiction, you can suffer as well.

Feelings of desperation, grief, shame, depression, fear, guilt, and exhaustion are just a few of the many common feelings that you can experience.

Codependency counseling helps you sort feelings and gain a sense of personal boundary and focus.

Your healing can promote accountability in others.

Addiction Counseling
When you are addicted

Addictive behaviors can be managed with early diagnosis and counseling intervention.   Treatment programs are an excellent next step of help if symptoms progress.

We provide prevention and aftercare support for those struggling with addiction.  We help you manage and identify biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to your cycle of addiction.

Maintaining your sobriety can increase as you incorporate one-on-one counseling into your long-term sober living plan.

*Medelyn Minor is a Certified CoOccurring Disorders Professional-Diplomat (CCDP-D).  This means that she is qualified to work with those who have both a mental illness and addiction. Also she has worked with codependent issues for years.
